Steve Kemp will estimate how much he can ask for repairs depending on which car you came in :) I needed to repair a small scratch on a bumper so when I came without a car showing pictures the quote was £140. Next week we came with a car and when greedy guy saw personalized number plate (bmw 5 series) he decided to raise the price up to £360 for a PROPER SCRATCH REPAIR :))) of course we went elsewhere and fix it for £200. Avoid if you don`t want to be robbed!

Took my car in to just get new break pads and it should have only taken a few hours. We got a phone call to say that they will not be able to get around to doing the job until tomorrow and they where shutting up for the night so we where forced to retrieve the car the following day. The day after we got another phone call and they told us again, it will not be ready for another 24hrs... When I finally went to pick up my car and pay for the job, as I was leaving, the mechanic made a quick remark about our "gears may needing looking at some point soon" I thought it odd because the gears where working brilliantly before. I got into my car and literally drove down 2 streets and my whole gearbox locked up and the car was in way worse state than when I drove it into Premier Autos. Me and my partner then returned into the office to ask why this happened and we where quickly faced with 3 mechanics and a receptionist. One of the mechanics (old guy) was very rude (swearing and shouting) at us. We asked to speak with the manager and we where told that he was away on holiday. I have no idea what was done to our car, but with them stalling for 2 days prior and the whole gearbox locks up violently just 2 streets down the road...... This begs the question "What the hell did they do!" We later took our car to a good garage and got it fixed. 1/5 from us and that is only because I can't leave a zero. Please beware!!!

This place is amazing! me and my mate tryed doing an DIY paint job on front and back bumper and messed it up to the point of no return! lots of places didn't want to touch them and others wasn't that confident. First time i met steve he said stright away he could do it and showed me around his work. He said it would take four days todo so we booked it in and 4 days later was like brand new! AMAZING service and a job well done would 100% recommend this place!
