Most of our family rooms include a double or kingsize bed, plus a sofa bed and pull-out bed depending on the number of guests staying in the room. We also provide travel cots at no extra cost. Room size and set up can vary based on the hotel and the number of guests. Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams can raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. We spend two nights there. On the arrival day and second day, everything was perfect. Very clean and very friendly staff. On the last day could be better. Different staff. The breakfast had many things missing, we asked if we could have some fried eggs but they never brought it. Apart from that i would recommend. I guess you just have to be lucky when the good team is working 🙂

If you want a close place to stay for a long day of shopping then this place is for you ! Rooms are spacious, comfortable (not noise at all from outside to inside) food was excellent (do the m al deal £24.99 pp for x2 course meal Inc drink and breakfast) I couldn't fault the taste (well done Guys). When we are up this way again we will defo use again... 🤓👍🏼

Thoroughly enjoyed our nine day stay here. While the facilities are not outstanding the staff and service made this a very pleasant stay. The staff were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and always cheerful. The breakfast mea deal was very good and on the one occasion we stayed in for an evening meal we were very happy with the meal and service. The location close to the Meadowhall Mall was great with only a short distance to walk. The value for money - excellent. I'd stay here again. The only thing we really missed was a fridge in the room.

Easy to get to, easy parking, 20mins walk from Sheffield Arena, plenty of places to eat within walking distance, the staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome especially Jean at breakfast, she couldn't do enough for us, my partner is gluten free and made sure he had everything he needed, we had a family room which was very spacious even with 3 beds in it and very clean and comfortable.

Stayed here as myself and my partner were attending the Lewis Capaldi concert. The day after the concert we came out to my partners car and a van had hit it. The man did try to drive over but a lovely lady with black hair and glasses managed to get some details from him. Can’t thank that lady enough!! 😊
