Cameron Bruce1 StarHorrific experience with Prentice Westwood. Customer care is not a priority for this company, drivers are reckless and show little care for passenger safety! Booked two buses for a trip down to Manchester and will never ever ever use this company again. I feared for my safety and felt threatened by the language the driver used towards me. Avoid this company at all costs! This company refuses to address any feedback or work to resolve any disputes. I have also noticed that they frequently close down pages where they have received negative feedback in an attempt to silence any of their negative feedback. This company is a disgrace and should be avoided, I strongly urge you to use a reputable company which has good reviews!
