We had vertical blinds fitted throughout. Lovely Pam came to measure gave us a great price. She then arranged for installation there and then. Got our date very quickly. Fitter arrived installed blinds quickly and efficiently. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service as always. Nothing is too much trouble. Fitters arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves, even replacing furniture for me. Very professional business. Have used them for over 25 years - must be good as I keep going back! Well done to the whole team!

I contacted Prestige Blinds a few weeks ago and the service on the call was very friendly and I was impressed with the overview they had advised of the Company. I had asked to be contacted in advance as the property was empty and I was assured no worries they would contact me in advance of the appointment. Today the day I was expecting Prestige Blinds - I received a strange call. When I phoned back I was speaking with a very rude lady who advised how would she know to contact me in advance and that the property would be empty. She then went on to advise this was the office error for booking it this way and if I was to book I would need to contact the office again. Very harsh, rude and blunt - She felt it ok in telling me that I should have arranged a specific time if I had known the property would be empty. I explained that this was advised specific times was not able to be given and the reason to why I had asked for an advanced call. I had asked for someone to be there all day to expect the call on the off chance as we are decorating so being there would not be a problem to have people come in and out of the property. I did not understand why she was so angry, rude and thought it was ok to talk to me in the way that she did. I would not have minded if an error had been made or if it had to be re-arranged or if I needed to do something and be advised what was needed etc ................... BUT to be spoken to so rudely and abruptly is not acceptable from any business to their potential customers and for no reason is odd ..... I am sure the blinds and the quality would be of a good standard but I did find this service quite odd - Oh well on to another Blind Company who believes in Customer Service!
