We have no hesitation in recommending Prickett and Ellis. They knew their markets and had potential buyers lined up for viewings within a week. We had two offers before the sale went up on their website, and the house was sold within two weeks of my dropping by their office in Alexandra Park. The team were supportive of each other and of us, and we had every confidence in them throughout the whole process. They made it all very simple and, moreover, were friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again, should the occasion arise.

We just purchased our property through Prickett & Ellis. From the very start, Tyler was straight forward, easy to deal with, responsive and kept us updated throughout. Towards the end when things became a bit more stressful, it was reassuring to know we had Tyler on the case, and he helped to push everything through! Would definitely recommend and we would use P&E in the future (although hopefully now we won't be moving for many many years!).
