I really can't praise the staff at Prima Donna enough. I had a fantastic experience trying on loads of beautiful dresses. Eileen is a real pro at her job - she got my whole family involved, explained the process, was respectful of budget and made me feel amazing. To top it all off, I said yes to the dress! Really looking forward to working with the team again when I collect the dress next year.

Thank you so much to everyone at Prima Donna Bridal who made my whole experience amazing, from start to finish. The ladies are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble, even after 2 date changes and a year’s postponement. They have an incredible range of dresses to suit so many different styles, and I was able to find my perfect dress that made me feel so beautiful. This incredible Donna Salado number, which felt like two dresses in one, and really wowed our guests too! It was so different to what I thought I was going to go for, but the ladies have a real eye for picking out dresses they think will look amazing (they don’t always look so good on the hanger, so be open minded!). Thank you also to Corina who was amazing - she is so friendly and such a talent, making those final alterations to the dress, to ensure it fits absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend this bridal store (and have already to several friends!). Thank you ladies, you are wonderful ✨❤️

Thank you so much to Amy, Corrina and the Prima Donna team who made me feel so amazing on my wedding day. Amy helped me find a one of a kind dress that I still can't stop staring at, and Corrina made adjustments to really make me feel it was made just for me. Your wedding day is more than your dress, but feeling amazing on your wedding day is so special and that is what the perfect dress can do. The whole experience was amazing, the ladies are so warm and knowledgeable, their range is fantastic. I thoroughly recommend booking a trip to Prima Donna Bridal if you are getting married!!

Had the best bridal appointment at Prima Donna Bridal! They made me and my guests feel so welcome and special. The bridal dress consultant was absolutely lovely and helped me find my perfect dress! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress x

Was here at the weekend with my Mum and my bridesmaids and I found the dress! I had booked an appointment at Prima Donna because I had 5 bridesmaids and my Mum and I wanted to be able to have everyone there. And a lot of places put a limit on the number of guests you can take with you. Prima Donna however had the option of booking the Rose Room for 4+ people which was lovely. Up on the top floor and you get the whole room to yourself with some nibbles and prosecco too. We all got to go downstairs to pick out dresses and then Lisa brought them up a few at a time. She had a brilliant rating system where you could only keep your top two dresses up there, and then we tried on the final top two with veils at the end. We went away to have a think after we'd seen the top two in veils, and at the end of the day we came back and asked if I could try the favourite on again - and thankfully there was no issue with this. Trying it on again after a little time to think just completley sold it for me and I said yes to the dress! Lisa was lovely and really helpful. I felt so well looked after and the whole experience was gorgeous. We went to a second bridal shop in the afternoon and the experience just wasn't anywhere near as good - from confusion about sizes to the look of the boutique and everything. Prima Donna was brilliant and I have so much faith in them now about the whole process of ordering in the gown and alterations etc. We were also given a £150 voucher to spend on the dress if we bought on the first visit which was such a nice touch and helped a lot as the dream dress was a little over my budget. My only gripe is that you pay £30 for the Rose Room and the drinks - which I totally understand and is fine. However on the website it says £30 for bride and up to 6 guests - which is exactly the number I had. When I arrived and went to pay, they said that for the 7 of us total the price increased to £50. This wasn't a problem in itself, but I think if it costs more depending on the number of people this really should be noted on the website and when booking. When I booked the appointment I put on the booking form there would be myself plus 6 guests and no one said anything to me about the increase in price until I got there and went to pay, which I felt was a little unfair. But it was just a blip and didn't take away from the whole experience. We all had so much fun and the dresses were gorgeous.
