Dishonest, rude and unprofessional staff. Collected my sofa cover but didn't opened it for a few months, only to realise that it wasn't properly clean. Went back to complain, they said there was no guarantee about stain removal and later accused me of having used it. At last asking for another 25£ to do the job. The week before I also had problems with them regarding a zipper replacement they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for. Just terrible Never stepping foot there again.

I love this place. They are always very friendly, remember you by name, and do a great job. They have done countless alterations for me, particularly on jeans, and my wife's dresses and have always done them perfectly. Highly recommend.

I have used this dry cleaners for many years. The service is absolutely brilliant. I had an item that needed seemingly difficult alterations. But the guys here have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this shop. Alpesh and Naeem are true professional who knows what they are doing and always welcome me with a lovely smile. They are simply the best dry cleaners in this area. Service, professional and the work they do Is what you expect and more. Nice work.

Very friendly and punctual business. Always willing to assist.The tailor, available a few days in the week, also does a neat job. I've had several alterations done to trousers and shirts over the last several years.

Excellent service and outstanding customer care. I have used Prime Dry Cleaners for years - the service has always been very professional and I have been treated with utmost respect. One time an issue arose with a silk gown, the manager got involved immediately and really went above and beyond to provide the best possible service and make their customer happy.
