Great customer service and very efficient company! Needed to switch my dogs microchips over from the breeder, this was a very quick process. I took the form from their website and scanned it over to them via email. They were changed over within a few hours of sending the form. Very fast response time would completely recommend. I had no issues despite reading bad reviews, people should leave more good reviews; most people only go on to write a bad review nowadays! 5 stars in my experience!

Desperately trying to get hold of these people PLEASE RESPOND INSTEAD OF SENDING ME TEXT EVERY DAY SAYING I NEED TO GET IN CONTACT. You don't answer the phone, email or your web enquiry form. THIS IS POOR.

Scam company used by illegal breeder, bought my puppy last week and tried to get microchip in it but vet said it already has it, then we find out it is registered in protectedpet the biggest scam company I ever meet, they let illegal breeders to buy chips from them WHAT FOR ?! Called hundred of times, get someone on the phone twice, the second was someone who said he is manager and told me to pay for transfer which I did and still no luck, waste, hopefully my dog wont get lost !

Avoid at all costs. To change ownership of a chip they ask you to write your credit card number down and send it to them , along with all other personal information. Every other company you can simply change on their website.
