The company was set up to help people stay at home in their own surroundings instead of ending up in a home or hospital. Meeting up with the manager of this company for a meeting I was shocked at how disrespectful and unprofessional she was showed no interest in supporting anyone to continue to stay at home. She was rude and dismissive how someone with that sort attitude is dealing with helping vulnerable people is scary and for anyone who dosnt have family and noone to be there voice is worrying luckily I havnt had to deal with them for long I wouldn't trust a company who's managed by that way to look after people I care about .
