I had the most amazing, magical experience finding my dress at Pure Brides. Everyone was so friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make the experience so special. Rebecca was fantastic at helping me find my dress. There was a real buzz around the shop! I went for the blushing bride bridal appointment to try on dresses which included cocktails and nibbles which was great. Cannot recommend Pure Brides enough! I can't wait to go back when I pick up my dress!

What a lovely experience. The shop is beautiful and we were made to feel so at home and at ease throughout the whole process. Such professional, yet delicate and personal customer service which we were so impressed with. Renee was great and really understood my preferences, so I was thrilled to be able to say yes to my perfect dress with Pure Brides. Having visited a couple of other wedding dress shops prior to this which I wasn't very keen on, I would 100% recommend Pure Brides to anyone!

I booked my appointment with Pure with it being the first time I was going to be trying on wedding dresses. We got a wonderful private room to have to ourselves with the stylist and the whole place is decorated beautifully. I tried on a variety of dresses, and I picked my dress on my first visit which I was not expecting at all as I'm very indecisive! As you hear alot I ended up picking a dress I never expected to pick, but I felt beautiful in it, and all the staff were stopping in their tracks to tell me how wow it was! Molly was amazing, she made the whole experience memorable. She listened to what I said about each dress, and made me feel very comfortable even though I was initially very nervous to try dresses on. After a couple of dresses I was soon having the best time and had the best afternoon! I cannot thank Molly enough for being as amazing as she was, shes a natural at making you feel welcome and comfortable with her kindness. Thank you Pure, I hope I feel just as amazing the next time that dress goes on! xx

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Molly at Pure Brides for providing such a unique and amazing experience. Today was my first ever time trying on bridal gowns. We booked earlier in the week and I received a call from Molly who took me through everything and spent time getting to know more about me. When we arrived the room was ready, we had drinks and nibbles and everyone that came with me was included in the overall process. Molly already had a good idea of the dresses I wanted to try on and she understood what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble and she was encouraging and supportive throughout. I found the perfect dress but had already booked in another appointment with another dress shop on the same day. We shortlisted one other dress and on the off chance called Pure Bridal to see if we could go back later in the day to have another quick try on of the dress to help make the decision. They bent over backwards to fit me in especially with it being a Saturday and extremely busy. Needless to say the dress was perfect and I placed my order there and then. If it hadn’t been for Mollys amazing customer service, friendly approach, knowledge and encouragement I probably would never had tried the dress on. I’m so excited for the rest of the journey with her and Pure Brides! Thank you

I had the most amazing experience at Pure Brides. Molly was brilliant, so kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. She happily let me try on as many dresses as I liked and made my guests feel really included too. I really felt welcomed from the moment I got the call after I booked an appointment.
