Bizarre experience. Booked online, never been before. Had to rearrange the date so phoned and spoke to the lady to do so. Then when I went to the rearranged date and time she said she only had half an hour (I had prepaid £45 for 1 hour session) and I would have to pay. I repeated my name and booking etc but to no avail. She said she couldn't speak english well and walked further in to her building/flat. I just left at this point and was confused. She didn't even get her appointment book out to look in to it. I have asked for a refund but doubt I'll get it. UPDATE: I have been refunded.

The worst massage I have ever been to . Unprofessional people . Went there and as soon as I got there , my gut told me to run and ignored it. Was ushered to a room , at the top of the stairs. The towels were blue and come to think of it was dirty, the bed was covered in a tissue like paper , like the one you get when in doctors room . Looking at the decor honestly it was disgusting. Had asked for an hours massage. The whole hour was on my back and back of legs. The girl was busy answering and taking appointments 😒 on my time.🤬🤬🤬 And when the time was up she just took the towel.off my back and said "time is up and pointed to the clock😡😡😱 Why I allowed it to happen🤮 WILL NEVER GO BACK😡😡😡😡
