Katie Roe5 StarCharlie is a real gift to have found when we moved to the area. He is extremely diligent in his approach, knows how to communicate well (with good humour too!) to ensure he understands your needs. We had him do our windows and then clean moss off the roof, it looks amazing and the attention to detail is excellent. His pricing is also very competitive in the area. Simon Reed5 StarCharlie was new to the area and has only cleaned our windows a couple of times but the service has been excellent - a really good clean and he even managed to clean Velux windows that our previous window cleaner never touched. In addition, Charlie's communication with us has been excellent - we always know when he's coming and get reminders from him before he comes too. He is a little more expensive than our previous window cleaners but the quality of the service more than makes up for this. I can highly recommend him.Tuesday 29th September 2020
Toby Willis5 StarCharles is not only polite - he is thorough, well dressed and hard working.
not only does he do a great job on my windows - he always makes sure even the little things are catered for, such as keeping the gate shut, so Alfred doesn't sneak out (he is such a sneaky boy).
Charlie is very well priced, and even though i asked him last minute (silly me) he was happy to do my gutters (clogged again oopsy) and the inside of my windows too.
overall a fantastic service, so nice to see young men having such initiative.
