Looking for a property in Norwich I had many dealings with estate agents, some good, some awful. Alisha at Pymm and Co was by far the best, she got us into our new flat a couple of days ahead of the advertised date, did everything in her power to accommodate us and even chased the landlord for paperwork which was missing on a bank holiday. She also managed to get us our keys on a day where she wasn’t in the office, again she was generally very proactive, reassuring and helpful. I’d also like to add that Theresa who showed us around our property was also lovely, knowledgeable and generally pleasant to deal with.
