Pamela Dubb1 StarThe food came late, the order was half missing and no sauces were on the food even though we rang up and specified. When we rang back to get the correct order, the manager said i would need to pay again even though they got the order wrong. The food was disgusting and the manager was ridiculously rude! Would never recommend this fish bar to anyone. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star to be honest.Tuesday 28th May 2019
Tony Rimmer1 StarLike last week, stated in the notes no peppers, had peppers under the cheese both this week, and last week ! Called to complain, got attitude from the guy on the phone. Acted like he was doing me a favour by resending out what I originally ordered. Wouldn't accept the fact I ordered without peppers, and it was their mistake, for the second week running ignoring the notes on the order. Replacement arrives, and is still wrong, now I'm sat waiting for the third pizza, which will hopefully be the one I ordered ! Will not be ordering from them again. 3 attempts to deliver an order. It's now 18:50, and I'm waiting for a pizza I ordered at 17:00 !!!
Edit* hadn't realised I'd ordered from these before and just placed another order. Then came to leave a review. Same problems as 9 months ago. Peppers all over pizza. Tomato all over replacement pizza, and the third pizza still had peppers on, so it looks like they picked them off the original pizzas melted some more cheese on top and sent it back out !!Saturday 19th May 2018
kelly naylor1 Starawful service, waited ages, menu clearly states all kebabs are served in a pitta bread. Ring up when it turns up loose and are told "no I made it, I definitely put it in a pitta." Then the phone is snatched and passed around 4 different people to be told yes we are right and a new one will be sent...20 minutes later a phone call to say we are to blame for not reading the menu and we should use common sense, because although it states it comes in a pitta it actually doesn't. Not a brain between them. Awful, even a 0 star is too good for these, their attitude is appalling!!!Friday 12th January 2018
