Julia Quilliam BEM FNAEA MARLA CPEA Julia's career in estate agency started as a Saturday Girl many years ago which she loved so decided to take up estate agency up full time and sat her estate agency exams. After having worked for both small independent and large corporates Julia decided to launch Quilliam Property Services in 1999 taking the best bits from her years of experience and moving to Brentford soon after. Julia's fondness for Brentford has spilled into local community work and was delighted to receive a British Empire Medal for her services to Brentford. Craig Quilliam Julia’s brother Craig started working at Quilliam from the very beginning in 1999 helping out on a Saturday. Craig very quickly became enticed with the exciting world of estate agency and gave up his job in the west end to join full time. Craig lives in Brentford and through his enthusiasm for the area is now quite well known for his guided tours and local trivia. Craig formally served in the Royal Navy and took part in the Falklands conflict. Andrei Mustea Running the Accounts Department Andrei is responsible for managing both client and office accounts. Andrei’s responsibility is ensuring all landlords, tenants and contractors are paid on time. He has a meticulous eye for detail which enables Quillliam to provide the best service for their clients. His main strength is providing a structured and logical approach to work. Andrei is a Liverpool FC supporter and enjoys a regular swim at the local leisure centre. Fluent in both English and Italian, Maria has recently joined the Quilliam family. Maria started her career in property in 2019. During the recent pandemic, Maria and took a break from the property industry to joined the Contact Tracing Taskforce to fight and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK. Maria is more than thrilled to return to the property industry in our established lettings department. Maria's friendly and proactive personality makes her a valuable part of the team. Simon Groves Now in his fifteenth year working at Quilliam, Simon is a seasoned negotiator and works successfully in both our sales and lettings department. Simon lives in Brentford Dock for a number of years and knows the area well and enjoys visiting all parts of Brentford and meeting its diverse population. An important part of Simon’s role is to stay up-to-date with current legislation in both sales and lettings and has recently attended the propertymark lettings conference 2019, anti-money-laundering courses and the 2019 Rightmove conference. Soon after joining Quilliam as our apprentice, Hannah quickly passed all the course work for the Level 2 Estate Agency qualification award. Hannah takes a keen interest in all things property with her knowledge and growing experience and is especially good at social media and estate agent content marketing. Hannah compliments the Quilliam office with being well organised, covering all aspects of the office where needed. I was helped by Simon at Quilliam, in order to rent a flat and the only thing I can say about the service I was given, is that it was just amazing! Simon helped me find the right flat and to complete all the right documents, as it is the first property I rent in the UK and all this sounded terrifying in the beginning; with his help, everything was easy. He was patient and really kind, which is why I definitely recommend Quilliam for anything related to properties. I really appreciate all the help and I am confident to say that I am 100% satisfied with the overall process. ..

I can highly recommend Quilliams. They have been the most approachable and helpful estate agents I have ever come across. Craig and Julia were always there to answer any queries during the sale of the property, which was by no means straightforward! Having been unsuccessful selling my property for 9 months through 2 other agents, I switched to Quilliam (who I purchased through originally) and they produced 2 competing offers for me in less than a fortnight. They really understood the pros of the property, which were reflected in the online listing and photos, and matched it to appropriate buyers. The whole team is friendly, helpful and all-round fantastic, and they helped me navigate some tricky logistical snags with my buyer's situation and with my ongoing chain through to completion. Could not have asked for more, and can not recommend highly enough.
