Elaine Barton5 StarI phoned 3 Dry Cleaners to get quotes for dry cleaning my living room curtains. The lady at this one was friendly and gave me all the information I needed. When I took them in she was again friendly and helpful.
I was kept up-to-date with the service and when my friend went to collect them without a ticket she was asked to provide my name and other details to verify that she knew me. The curtains are looking fab now. Thank you. I highly recommend Quinton Parade Dry Cleaners.Wednesday 3rd August 2022
G Makin5 StarI have had curtains shortened, a skirt tear repaired and a couple of dresses altered. Plus dry cleaning of a suit and dress. The service is excellent. Jeevan B1 StarI gave my groom suit and shirt to be pressed before my wedding. In hindsight it was a new suit and probably didn’t need it to be pressed. I picked them up today only to find the suit had loads of creases in it and the shirt had a black stain on the collar. When I gave the suit to him I saw him just place it on the floor instead of on a hanger, he knew it was just for pressing and it was brand new as I reiterated. Obviously being left on the floor it probably got creased and the attempt to steam it looks terrible. The black mark on the shirt I couldn’t fully get it out. All of this to do on the day before the wedding. In the end I used a friends steamer to try and get rid of the new creases they had made- it helped with a few but not all of them. It definitely looked worse than when I gave it to him. Very disappointed with the service and will never being going back there.Friday 13th May 2022

What surprised me is that the tags around the back neck position are also cleaned properly, which has never happened to me when I send my wool cloth to the other dray clean services!
