Purchased three dresses from quiz went to return one today within 28 days. Could not get my money back only offered a exchange. Walked around the store all of three items in my size. Asked if I could use my credit note online in the plus section was told no we go up to 18 like I was disgustly over weight. Its ridiculous that you have to return within 14 days these days. Take on and original receipt disgusted waste of money

I went to this shop looking for a nice dress but I felt a bit nervous as I was on my Own and self conscious. The lady on the floor was so nice, really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Have me What I felt were honest opinions of both dressed I tried and went out of her way to find me the right shoes when I wasn’t sure. Thank you for not making me Feel embarrassed and out of place. I would definitely go again!

I visited the store today , and even though I could only see two staff on, they were both ever so helpful# especially the lady with the blue dress on with the leg tattoos. Thank you so much for your help and patience, finding me the right shoe size being so pleasant and helpful. Their needs to be more shop assistants like this who even when short staffed or under pressure still presents with a smile and more than happy to help even when run off their feet. Thank you, I finally found the right pair of shoes for my mothers retirement doo. I had been all over the stores and was extremely happy when finally finding the right items that would suit my dress perfectly for a special event.

Recieved great customer service today as always! I didn't catch the girls name but she was so helpful in helping me pick out the sizes in the dresses I was buying and even checked other stores to check for other sizes as they had sold out online. The dresses are great material and are well worth the money!

I ordered a dress click and collect. Fast service and they are ok with me trying it on before I left the store. They had some lovely clothes, very different to the usual high street clothes stores.
