DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR From start to finish a simple house purchase was agony. None existent customer service - don't return calls or emails unless chased multiple times. Rude, passive aggressive and lacking any empathy for what is a very stressful process for anyone. We literally came within a couple of days of losing out new home due to their continued incompetence. Now 1 year later and we are still waiting for confirmation from the land registry that the property is now in our name. This is due to Raw Clark not responding to the Land Registration in time. This resulted in a fine being charged to us. The solicitor has begrudgingly reimbursed this following a claim to the Law Society. PLEASE DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MENTAL HEALTH
