Worst agency ever. No holiday pay. Incorrect wages payed 5 weeks behind for some jobs. Lost my certificates. Refused to give a reference. Have to pay payroll to get your wages. Never ever have I been treat so badly. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!

Still owed holiday pay. Couldn't be bothered to give me a reference which lost me my dream job. Once I can afford the £25 fee I will be taking this to small claims :)

Hired on a temporary contract with the understanding of moving into a permanent hire. I was not fully briefed on the specifics of my employment status, or that I would be charged for every one of my pay slips. I was then let go without notice with in only two weeks after having completed the backlog of work they needed doing. This is not to mention I also had to chase every one of my pay slips; adding to this I still believe I am owed at least two hours of pay as well as my query regarding unspent holiday hours going completely ignored. I'm still in two minds about whether or not to go through alternate means to settle this pay issue as I have lost any faith in R Care to actually be helpful or informative. I put up with all this while also coming into work everyday to start my work early at no extra cost to R Care, and then also agreeing to stay until 5:30pm everyday, despite the original terms of my employment offer had me contracted until 5pm; and naturally I was not paid for this extra time. Overall I left feeling: depressed, used up, undervalued, and ultimately lied to. If I had known that working for R Care / M Corporate actually meant being on a day-to-day contract that was subject to termination at any moment with no notice, and being subject to an admin fee for a payroll company that absolutely does not work efficiently enough to justice that charge, then I would have happily turned them down and taken one of the other job offers I had; instead I found myself unemployed again, spending several weeks chasing the majority of my outstanding pay, and desperately trying to find another job. In short: R Care are deceptive and unreliable.

This company is a joke. they owe me off a couple days work sent a time sheet in and there coming up with every excuse not to pay me. Stay well away
