We have been on the road and when we got to Edinburgh we had 2 suitcases of dirty laundry. The charge is based on weight and very reasonable. The lady who assisted us was super helpful and we were able to collect our laundry on the same day (morning drop-off / collection after 3pm). We left our suitcases and the clothes were folded and kept inside the suitcases. Great service!

We dropped of our mixed bag of dirty clothes to be washed and folded yesterday with the owner. He made us pay 16 pounds in advance. We picked up our laundry today, unpacked and found all of our clothes had been washed together. So all our whites including socks, shirts, white jeans, are all gray. He didn’t sort colors from whites. Nor did he ask if we needed separate loads.When I called to talk to the owner, not there, the counter girl said we should have asked for our clothes to be seperated. They are a professional cleaning service and we assumed they know to separate colors. Of coarse, we leave on Monday and they are closed on Sunday, so basically we are screwed! There are many other laundry services in Edinburg. We recommend you stay away from Raeburn Launderette, unless you want your laundry to look like a 7 year old did the wash!
