I dropped a dress here that had some light marks on it from the storeroom floor where it was bought from online. They had sent me money to dry clean it as I really wanted to wear it the following weekend so I took it over. When I went to pick it up the dry cleaners had spilled coffee onto the dry cleaning bag and my dress at the bottom. It was all very visible so most of been an accident and they had not really noticed. I would not have realised it had I not taken it out to check prior to leaving. I had to then leave it there another few days which sadly meant I couldn’t wear it to the occasion like I had hoped. When I went back to collect and check it the woman had told me it was heavily marked which made no sense as it was brand new with a label on when I took it in. She made a face to her colleague when I mentioned this in reply. There was no offer of a discount considering the service they provided and the lack of care they took with my dress in the first place. Very disappointing experience as it is not a cheap dry cleaner!

Michael is a master of his craft. His dry cleaning is superb and he will always go that extra mile. I have been going to Raval's for a number of years and throughout this time Michael has dry cleaned not only my clothes - but also my wedding dress. This job was a total labour of love and he did a truly fantastic job - so much so that my dress maker commented on how beautifully it had been cleaned. Michael also gave my rather sad leather jacket a second life by not only re-lining it, but also treating the leather so that it now looks like new. Michael and his team really do offer a 5 star service and I wouldn't trust my dry-cleaning to anyone apart from Raval's.

Top notch, friendly service from Michael. Highly recommend! Needed to dry clean a suit last minute for Wimbledon and Michael turned it round in 4 hours - with no nasty hidden charges and went out of his way to do this for me. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

I have been a Raval customer for many years, and they have been excellent, and always helpful. I, too, have had alterations made - reasonable cost and high standard. Would recommend them to anyone.
