I needed lots doing to my old car and they encouraged me to come back when I felt something wasn't quite right after it had had the work done; they assured me that I know my car better than anyone so they fully accepted my concerns and stressed how important it was that I was happy with the work they had done. Car is now running really well after a minor adjustment which they didn't charge me for.
