I went here to it try out, the nail technician seemed strange but just thought she's quirky at first. It was about £6 to £8 more than other nail bars. There was no colour chart. When I asked why, she said because of Covid but colour charts are wipe clean. So then I had to pick my colour out by guess work. She then began to file off my old Shellac varnish with nail file which hurt (& not recommended) and she was very rough. When I complained she blamed my nails for being too thin. Then throughout she kept telling me how poor quality & thin my nails were! I tried to not be bothered by her constant talking & put downs but very hard. Then she said she would put a gel top coat on my Shellac nails. This is what is used for extension tips. Knowing a bit about manicure and nails I immediately said No! I later found out she had done this to my mom's nails when mom had tried out Re Spa salon. After mom's new manicurist/nail technician was very shocked seeing mom's nails & surprised that a trained nail technician would do this to a set of shallac nails. Mom's manicurist found this gel extremely difficult to remove! She never filed my nails very good either, leaving lots of rough edges. When I mentioned this she again blamed my nails for being too short! She left raggedy cuticles, when I to asked her to remove them, again she gave this long explanation why she didn't do the cuticles first but don't think she planned to do them! I had these done on the Friday, by late Saturday they'd chipped! They told me they are closed Sunday till Wednesday so couldn't do anything about it but tbh id never go near that shop again, even if u paid me! Incompetence and annoyance is not worth £28!

Have been going to Respa for many years now. I have my LCN nails done there every 3 weeks and have also had many other beauty treatments on offer. The team there are friendly, Professional and knowledgeable and always up to date with the latest treatments that are out there. Would highly recommend.
