Dimples S5 StarCustomer service was top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. Prices are competitive and better than other shops. We ended up with a lovely tweed kilt. We were even offered shortcake which was a nice touch.
We had a lovely chat while shopping and was greeted upon entrance and when leaving. Will definitely visit again.

J Hu1 StarRude belligerent man yelling at me and my kids. He had the fabric for a tartan until he heard our name. Clearly prejudice. Made my daughter mad but was clearly a lesson in how people shouldn’t act. We found better service at the tartan mill up close to the castle.Tuesday 13th July 2021
