Ordered next day delivery so I would receive before Xmas. Still have not received my order (1 week later) tracking says delivery company also have not yet received the order. No response from an email I sent to Red Candy either. Hoping my order arrives sometime in the future and that I receive my next day delivery cost back!! Wish I’d purchased the item somewhere else.

Ordered an item from here a few weeks back then saw it had dropped in price, a quick call later and was refunded the difference - a small gesture like this is what really shows customer appreciation. Red Candy is a FABULOUS company with such fun products. I’ve got a few things from there and everything has been really high quality. Delivery was also super-quick. I love their quirky approach too - I usually hate adverts and marketing materials but theirs are really creative and put a smile on my face. Basically, I think they’re great!
