My experience of Red Rose using Let Only Service was really positive. From my first enquiry to securing a tenant. The whole team where amazing, friendly and professional. Bethany met us and sorted the viewings. Cathy was a star, dealing with my queries and resolving all issues, patience of a saint. Chris kept me informed when Cathy was off. My experience with Red Rose has been exceptional from booking a viewing, right through to collecting the keys and becoming tenants. The staff are quick to respond to maintenance queries and were welcoming when we have attended the office. Highly recommend this estate agent, much better than previous estate agents we have dealt with.
