Shelley Menell5 StarI started using these classes as a way of strengthening to help me with running. I found the classes great for muscle activation and found they were as difficult as you want them to be. Lynsey is very good at explaining how the moves should be done and making sure you are doing them correctly. As the classes are small it is easy for her to keep an eye on you and she is also great at adapting to your needs and ability.Sunday 3rd December 2023
