Hazell Downer5 StarI am so happy that we found this business on trust a trader. We had Mark lead all contacts which was really great. Mark kept us up to date and informed. He produced a quote within 24 hours of someone coming to visit our home. Each time work was booked and then completed Mark would phone us to check the appointment times and then confirm we were happy with the work done. I really liked this level of service. Andy completed our roof and patio cleaning and did a spectacular job! He was friendly and explained everything he was doing in detail. He also explained best aftercare which was really helpful. Overall the experience was excellent and we will definitely be using Regency again!Thursday 2nd June 2022
