Maksim Moisa5 StarSpoke on Friday evening - offered timings slots on Saturday or Monday. Accordingly to my check needed to replace one item and check two expensive parts near. They charged agreed rate with the quote for expensive parts as well. After check - replaced broken parts and did not need to replace the rest. fixed the problem for 35% less than quoted Property Managing Company. Alexey Alekseev5 StarInitial impression fell short of the amazing reviews I have seen online because:
a) the engineer was running 1h late, but did not warn about it
b) my personal experience was that during communication I found it difficult to ask a complete question without being interrupted
c) nobody warned that charging time was from the time an engineer leaves the parked van and not when arrives at the door .
Nevertheless:
a) the engineer appeared very knowledgeable and I was advised about the issues with the system and potential replacement options for the longer term
b) a current issue was identified and fixed
c) the team really went extra mile in responding to my queries several times post visit.
As I tend to believe that making a good impression after initial shortcoming is quite rare these days – 5* rating is definitely deserved, so would be happy to use the services when needed.Tuesday 15th March 2022
Mathew Edwards5 StarWe used R&B HIU engineers after being recommended by other professionals in the field. They fixed the problem with our HIU system that others could not identify for months. Incredibly professional. We called a second time as our HIU stopped working, the engineer fixed it within 2 minutes and kindly did not charge for the service. Eternally grateful that we now have hot water again. Highly recommended. Go nowhere else.Tuesday 13th July 2021
