I came to Riddhi’s in 2017 for my first ever Hollywood wax (which I was very nervous about) and the staff were so patient and assuring. Since my first visit, I have been coming here regularly for my full body wax and hydra facial for about 5 years and I am super happy with the service. Riddhis and her team are so professional, caring and helpful. I definitely recommend visiting the salon for a treatment!!!

I used to go here all the time until the pandemic and recently returned. Different faces but still amazing quality. A great wax for a good price considering their central London location. I usually book via Treatwell.

I went today for the first time to get my brows threaded and Riddhi was very welcoming and delicate while working on my eyebrows. She also gave me tips on how to improve the growth of my eyebrows from home, since mines are thin. Would definitely recommend!

I had Hemali for both my Brazilian wax and my full body exfoliation. She was so lovely and explained each step thoroughly as this was my first time. Honestly lovely customer service. Will definitely be returning soon!

The therapist didn't turn on the heater or warm her hands despite my shivering and complaints for the first 20 minutes of the session. Did not seem trained and did not ask about problem areas or preferred intensity of massage. She wiped me down with a wet towel after for some reason, so then I was damp and cold. Eyebrow threading was more painful than a wax. Really nice staff who are trying their best but not a great actual spa experience.
