Beautiful selection of artwork and antiques for sale here. Nice quality items. The people working there who is met and spoke to were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended. Parking outside for collections and a lovely Italian coffee shop, restaurant for food etc very close by. Also close to the station.

Appalling customer service ! Interestingly, reading the reviews, I came across a few people having had exactly the same experience as myself i.e initial promises for valuation unfulfilled, total absence of communication, emails and telephone calls remaining ignored and unanswered for months. I realised my case was not an isolated one. It is of course the management’s duty to go over the reviews and try to remedy a problem which looks endemic.

I live in the metro Atlanta, Georgia area, so I had a lot of questions on how I would set up my account, how I would bid via the Roseberys web site, etc. Each and every question was answered on a timely and professional basis.
