I need to take a self propelled wheelchair where ever l go. I do tell taxi company when l book that l have my chair so l get a car with a suitable boot to take wheelchair. I have experienced 2 problems with this out of approx 150 journey's. I find the staff helpful, courteous and friendly. Most drivers are the same with clean cars and very helpful with my wheelchair.

I just wanted to share this post out of good will. I was out walking the dog and a taxi driver had called to my neighbours house, I’m assuming he had left something in the taxi from the night before and the driver did his good deed and returned the item. However big or small the item was the driver still went out of his way and returned it. Also my husband and son used this company last night and from all the bad experiences they have received from being able to catch a taxi in the past to collect them from the football match, my husband has said it was brilliant service and had a pleasant driver who dropped them home. Well done and keep up the good work 👍🏼

I booked roseville taxi in sat. And they operater always asked the drop off point. I said my address with postcode. However driver took me another way. So just for check I asked the driver is it short cut for my address. He confirmed the address with me and he was taking me chelston just bcuz operater did a mistake as they always hurry to put down the phone and not listen to customer properly. Driver was good he charged me the same what I charge everyday to taxi. They should put senceable ppl on the call where customer should not suffer. Thanks

Driver lied about initial price and then added on money just for a quick stop to cash machine. It cost me £8 more for a little stop. I felt that because he saw the money I drew out was more than I needed he hiked the price up. Speeding on journey too. Very poor service and expensive would not recommend
