Worst Hospital I've ever experienced in my life

Came in with and was treated within the hour, staff were lovely and dead helpful.

Due to GP and Pharmacist not providing medication I had severe reactions including heart, chest, dizziness. The Royal did my vitals immediately and gave me an ecg. So thank you to the specialists and nurses. I then obviously had to wait further another several hours which I partly expected however at my age I could not do it. I did notice the A/E waiting areas were very poor. Crowded seating areas not enough seats the extended area smelt of rotten drains. The place looked disheveilled from reception desks to the waiting areas. The refreshment machines were not fully working. Police running in and out people smoking near reception. I had to breath a load of smoke in before getting into a taxi. I don't smoke. It was chaos; a poor student medical person had to tell people that the wait was 8 hours some people looked so ill, one young man sitting on the floor shivering. I slept for a bit then had to get out and rest at home. Very sad for all involved. I think there was a staffing issue.

I am pregnancy.so i had a chicken pox.when i went to the hospital with my partner, they all the staff very good treated for me.am no waiting long time any waiting areas.am appreciate for the doctor and nurse and all the staf.and that doctor very good checkup me, and given to me good medication.and when i go home also they calling to about my symptoms.meny, meny appreciate for that doctor.thank you so much. And brilliant job.
