Our Story So Far...
Ruby began making her favourite traditional butter fudge recipe in 2010 after leaving her career as a professional chef. Since then, from that recipe, she has derived a delightful range of mouthwatering flavours.
Very much a cottage industry, Ruby works from her own bespoke fudge kitchen in her homely Worcestershire cottage, with a fine view of the Malvern Hills.
All of Ruby's fudge is handmade using traditional boiling and creaming methods. No nonsense, just sugar, evaporated milk, heaps of Gloucestershire farmhouse butter and the finest quality ingredients to suit your taste.

Kate V.5 StarI have discovered this wonderful fudge in a Tea Room of Witley Court near Worcester. I purchased 2 flavours (vanilla and traditional butter) and was warned by the tea lady that these were addictive! I came home and enjoyed the fudge with my tea. It truly melts in your mouth and is so buttery! It is just so nice. I was happy to discover that you can order it online on Ruby's website, and I ordered all the different flavours and the parcel was delivered quickly and lovingly packed with wrapping paper, so that the fudge is not damaged in transit. I can't wait to try these funky flavours (chilli, cappuccino, Irish Cream, rum & raisin, peanut butter and more!). Just have to watch myself and not scoff them all at once. Thank you Ruby for your beautiful work and funky flavours to make my tea more exciting! I can see that Ruby truly does what she loves. Thank you.Monday 7th June 2021
Imogen Byrne5 StarRuby's fudge is a great stall at my local farmer's market. The Teme Valley Market in Knightwick, Worcestershire, hosts many good stalls but Ruby's is my favourite. I always buy a bottle of vanilla fudge sauce to go with ice cream and other sweet treats. I also buy her bags of fudge as gifts for family!Sunday 14th July 2019
