This guy came out to give us a quote for a loft conversion.Had discussions with my husband about possibilities, eg where the stairs could begin etc. I hadnt heard from him so gave him a call...he was vague as to the delay but essentially said he was busy?Our house was too small?(3 bedroomed semi).Apparently he is more accustomed to working with bigger properties...thats why we want a loft conversion? Disappointing to say the least.
