Mark was on time to look at the work which required doing and left a very thorough quote stating exactly what work he would be doing.
He contacted me by text before his arrival and turned up on time to do the first fix.
On his second fix visit he rang before hand to organise a mutual suitable time for him to complete the work.
All work completed to a very high standard with very limited disruption and mess. A very pleasant and professional attitude was shown.
