Samantha armstrong1 StarTook my deposit about a year before my wedding. Contacted to sort my order and was told to pop down, when I did they were shut. No mention of me having to pay 6 weeks prior, obviously had a lot on and contacted them the week of the wedding and was asked if I still needed them? well yes I paid you £100. Then was told can't have bursting balloon as they have decided they don't want to do this, this is why I paid a deposit in the first place. Arranged for some lace sashes. Tried to go elsewhere for balloon but was told not possible because of the room not being high enough which party godmother did not tell me. The women said she could sell me this but wouldn't as it's not fair and absolutely disgusting of party godmother to say they can then. On the day of the wedding I was told not all sashes had come back so would have to have pink aswell as lace. This was totally unacceptable. I should of cancelled the whole thing the day they said they couldn't do bursting balloons, they didn't even have record of my deposit and at first said I'd of only paid £50. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
