Let us pretend that I am the only person to have had zero help after being kicked out at 17, we can pretend Oliva's abandonment never happened...Hah let's pretend that the laws which protect vulnerable people are being applied, and again, I am the ONLY person who went through wage, welfare set by my age.....The evil creatures know that mistakes have been made, rather than to apologise they attack. I know I am not the only one, I'm certain that for every golden ticket holder there are thirty trapped in a wheel of survival. The mentality of these creatures is sickness, two-faces...One to some to show pleasantness, and the other is their true nature...'you're alive aren't you?' ...'Perhaps you deserved it'. This mindset keeps me from sanity. I seek to work and be free from the grip of DWP....But I didn't have ID.... ....Raaawwwwr, society.... Rawr! DWP...I really want to work...Well, if you do, then we will take 40% of your wage. Hmmm...Society... ...How many other people have you done this too? Does it make you feel good?

I would like to say a very big thank you to Steve and James on helping me to get some petrol when refused by two other members of staff when my car was on Zero fuel and I was travelling back to Staffordshire. They were both very helpful and without their help I don't know what I would of done. They are both a credit to your company. I am a trade plate driver and had delivered a new car to a customer and was bringing their old vehicle back to Stoke. Once again a very big thank you too you two guys on your help.

The petrol station has the lowest price compared to all the ones nearby and the air and water section is very convenient (bit sad that it no longer free but prices still cheap and pay by card making it very easy) staff are very friendly and has a good range of snacks and drinks to buy however it is a shame that everytime I have gone there they have only sold two stroke engine oil and 10w-30 so would have liked to see them have more types but aside from that it is a great petrol station

Was very upset and frustrated when I was trying to decide between 'super' and 'premium' unleaded. As a young person who has only been driving for a short amount of time, I wanted to make sure that I was putting the right, less expensive petrol into my car. The petrol station wasn't busy but one older lady with brown hair at the till spoke over the tanoy and said aggressively 'PUT THE PUMP IN THE CAR! in an angry tone like she was speaking to a child. ' I stood there taken aback, giving her a confused look and she said it again. I gestured to the pumps and tried to shout over that I was just deciding (for in total about 20 seconds between the time I got out of my car and the time she shouted at me in front of everyone) about which one was right for me and she grunted it for a third time without listening to me, becoming more angry in her voice with each time she spoke. Under pressure, I picked one at random and went in to pay. I purposely went to be served by someone else whereby she looked over and told me that she was just saying I had to put my pump into the car, to which I told her how ridiculous she was being considering the similar labelling and that I clearly know how to fill up my car. Left very perturbed by this experience and won't be visiting again thanks to this unnecessary humiliation!

Easy access once you remember the suicidal left-hand turn at the bottom of the entry slope to the site. Useful shop. Car wash sometimes in working order.
