At Saks Davygate in York.
Jess listened carefully as to how I wanted my hair,she asked for advise from Robin,a senior Staff before she did my hair, Robin was extremely helpful, listened carefully to what I wanted and also explained to Jess as to how to go about it.
Jess was praised by the senior staff which was nice to see.

Bobbi who does my hair is lovely, very knowledgeable and understands what hairstyle/colour would suit me best. I never feel rushed out of the door and every team member is really nice, nothing is too much to ask!
