I have also recently developed inflammation in the tendons around my wrist causing me a great deal of discomfort. After consultations with Sam, she has been very successful in creating a soothing and beneficial balm which I apply to the areas morning and night bringing me considerable relief from discomfort enabling me to continue with relatively normal day to day activities.
