We were incredibly impressed with Savills Chiswick who handled our house sale, and in particular Liz Sunman and Euan Rollo. They had a large database of potential purchasers which meant we achieved an asking price offer within 24 hours of launching our property and ended up going to sealed bids, despite a very difficult market for property at the moment. They remained very proactive throughout the sales process and kept us informed at all stages. They liaised with the other agents in the chain and ensured that our sale went through smoothly. We had another property on the market at the same time with a different agent and Savills were head and shoulders above them. I would highly recommend them.

We've been looking for a home to rent in Chiswick for the past 5 months and thanks to the amazing help of Savills' agents we've finally closed a deal on a property that couldn't be more perfect. We'd like to point out Henny in particular for being extremely patient and understanding throughout our somewhat "bumpy" process. To say the least, we drove her a bit nuts with all of our terms and requirements, but she was a real trooper and really went above and beyond to help mediate between us and the landlord. We couldn't be more grateful. Even though it is a business, at the end of the day it's nice to know that the people involved are human with a big understanding heart when helping a young family like us find a new home. Henny made all the difference in this very long difficult process. Thank you Henny and thank you Savills! See you around Chiswick very soon!

Liz Sunman of Savills represented the seller of The Council Chamber at 27 Acton Town hall apartments. I just bought the property. Over the several months period it took to complete the purchase there were critical times when the seller and I decided to call off the transaction. Liz has single handedly rescued the deal. Her business competence and character really brought the deal home for me and the seller. Liz's calm and receptive manner, her resourcefulness in finding win-win solutions at the darkest of times, and her genuine care for both sides of the deal to find common ground, meant i could trust her even though she represented the seller. Integrity, trust and Collaborative delivery underpinned how Liz approached stakeholders and challenges. Liz is a great ambassador for Savills, and I know i will use her for my next property search. An inspirational person delivering exceptional service, and deserves the highest form of recognition. I would pay her a buyer's performance bonus if I could. 5 stars is not enough!!!!

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by Savills through our contact person Harold. The lack of effective communication, repeated requests for information, and false promises regarding the rental contract have left us frustrated and dissatisfied. Throughout the entire process, the communication from Savills was appalling. We had to provide the same information repeatedly and undergo multiple similar checks. At one point they lost the recommendations made by our references. This lack of organisation and attention to detail was highly frustrating and time-consuming. Furthermore, the most concerning aspect was the complete lack of transparency and honesty regarding the rental contract. We were assured that a draft version would be sent to us for review and signing, but this promise was never fulfilled. Instead, we were informed just ten days before our scheduled move-in date that the landlord had pulled out of the deal. The unprofessionalism demonstrated by Savills in handling this matter is unacceptable. We have faced inconvenience, financial implications, and significant distress due to being misled and given false assurances. I hope that Savills takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent future clients from experiencing similar frustrations. Overall, my experience with Savills has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on these circumstances.

We recently sold our home in Chiswick with Savills and would do so again. The whole team were progressional, on time and only brought us the best of the best buyers. They always took their shoes off and respected our home. Thank you Savills.
