Terrible. Booked two very important business trips over the phone ten days in advance. No one answered the phone on the day until half an hour before the first trip. They then told me they hadn't even logged the booking for me and wouldn't be there. It's not rocket science. If a cab company can't even take a booking properly they really shouldn't be in business. Avoid like the plague.

We were initially grateful he arrived to take us and our 2 dogs home. We were going from RAF Benson to RAF High Wycombe and asked if he knew where he was going multiple times. However he missed the junction on the motorway adding an extra 15 minutes to the journey. I asked if we would be charged for that as I wasn't happy as he had gone the wrong way. He said he would knock off £20 which definitely didn't really go much. We had to pay £60 for a 20 minutes journey

Absolutely terrible service. The main call room didn’t bother to pass on our call for a taxi to be at our location for the the specified time. The taxi driver was fine when he eventually got given the job 30 minutes later! Never using this firm again! But thank you to the taxi driver for being honest.

Prompt and polite service from Dorchester to the Lewknor bus link. The cost was around £35 (on the meter) and it was a 25 minute journey at around 1am on a Saturday night. The driver kindly offered to wait with us at our bus stop (as it was late at night) without expecting payment in return.
