The Blackburn ScS store can be found in the Peel Centre Retail Park. Our shop offers a range of sofas, carpets and dining room furniture in a variety of styles to choose from.
Our store staff are here to help. Each are given regular product training to help you find the perfect product for your needs. They will show you around the shop, answer and questions and help give you all the information you need for you to make the right selection for your home.

Farzana Ali1 StarI just came in with my husband. We had an appointment booked for 1pm. No one greeted us. The sales assistant was stood on his phone. Other people came in after us and he served them straight away whilst we were stood there like idiots. Very disappointed so off to another branch now. When you book an appointment it says you get special service, greeted and 1 to 1 experience to help you choose your ideal sofa, this was not the case.Saturday 8th October 2022

Haven't got call back from the team at Blackburn on 2 occasions for something they said they would call me and update( after visiting their store) Not the best customer experienceSaturday 7th May 2022

Pauline Riding1 StarHad to wait 3 weeks for the carpets to come when they did come two different colours still waiting for the right colour my husband is on oxygen 20 hours a day we are in a new house can't get our furniture put right it's not fair just been told we will have to wait another 2 weeks for the rest of carpets to come me and my husband are so down and fed up wish we had gone somewhere else people have been taking to me had nothing but complaints l can't do much l have had breast cancer still have a lot of pain will never get anything else from scs please hurry up with our carpets it's getting us down now 😢 😞Wednesday 31st August 2022
