Ian Gervais5 StarWe chose Tom of Secure Lock & Glaze because of the excellent reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! Tom was very communicative and explained all the work he was going to undertake on my deformed drafty windows. Also, two double glazed panels were replaced. (See before and after pics). Customer service and communication were excellent and we were very pleased with Tom's work. While working in the kitchen Tom noticed that our patio doors were sticking and not properly aligned, he promptly fixed this problem with no additional charge.

Chose secure lock and glaze on the strength of all the previous 5 star reviews I read. Tom didn’t disappoint. He quickly provided us with a competitive quote for a lock replacement on our upvc front door which had seized, some deadlocks fitted to internal doors and some adjustments on other upvc doors. Tom showed up on time on both occasions and did a fantastic job with every lock and door. They all work like new now.
