I had a great experience with Secure Trade Frames, had a new Endurance composite door installed and they were very good from start to finish. Andy is really easy to deal with and the door was installed really well. No issues and great service.

We were recommended by a friend who has used Secure Trade Frames on numerous occasions and always happy with their service. I contacted Andy who came to view and quote. We were impressed with the different suggestions and choices. As we live in a conservation area…we had to obtain approval and Andy was so helpful as we had to tweak the window profiles to comply. We had to wait a while for installation which was understandable. The guys who came to fit them were great. As we live in an old house…they did have a few headaches when it came to fitting …the results are amazing. They were very professional and cleaned up everyday. One neighbour commented that they didn’t even realise they were there. We have had so many lovely comments from people in the village.
