Valentino Bozzo1 StarUnprofessional and rude!!! We have booked the service, confirmed by email. They didn't come. When we called, since we were expecting them, they started to challenged us aggressively that we haven't confirmed the service, then we give them the wrong address. I suppose I know my address and I sent the email to make sure they have the correct information. I am fine if they make a mistake, it happens. I am not happy about the rudeness. Soft Dog5 StarSelectric is a great shop. Family run. Lovely staff and a great stock of useful and quality products. I biught a bird feeder, Swiss Army, limescale cleaner and torch last time i was in.
