The only issue I had with this company was that I was given a 2 week estimate which ended up being just over 6weeks. This may have been down to the Brexit Protocol and Covid. The staff were polite and helpful. Also the guys who carried out the work in my vehicle did a fantastic job and my car was valeted and washed and polished before being returned to me. Quality workmanship and helpful staff.

Customer service is second to none. Laura is a fantastic front to this establishment. These guys were brilliant and very flexible in the arrangements and I will go there every time.

Absolute sham off a business left my shogun in for warranty work on the bonnet and they said it would be ready in 3 day and received no courtesy car , so I phoned on the fourth day after hearing nothing to be told they had a problem and couldn’t start the job ! ........... the problem that the Mitsubishi approved body shop was they could not find the paint code which is clearly under the bonnet on all Mitsubishi shoguns so I personally phoned Mitsubishi and give body tech the paint code in less than 2 minutes ! We were then told to pick the car up on Saturday to learn that they were closed on Saturday and got speaking to the very rude general manger at sere Belfast Bernard who laughed and said we wouldn’t be getting no courtesy car from them when told the had made us do without a car for week now and told me to do whatever I wanted but we weren’t getting anything from them . On Monday when we went to collect the car it was Presented by Steven the manager and was a very very poor smart repair and the Lacquer was all bumpy lacquer was all bumpy and pitted as it had not been prepped properly He himself said it was “ not the best “ the car has also been damaged they tried to deny it and said we couldn’t prove it until I pointed out the had taken a hd video and damage report on arrival after Steven viewed this he agreed they had done it and got it fixed we waited a further week to get the car back and it still was worse than it had went in the paint flaw became 8 times bigger than the original mark. At this point the managing director secretary Claire became very ignorant and said I could do what I wanted while laughing that they where not touching the car or fixing their mistakes as I left an honest review Stanley Edgar refused to speak to myself Also and they also told Mitsubishi UK that they would not touch the car because I left an honest review is this not what reviews are for ? . “Mitsubishi UK customer service who have been excellent throughout this had to pay for an independent insurance assessor to verify and did verify that they had done a very poor job !!“ And get it redone under warranty proving this was nothing to do with ourselves and SERE’s poor workmanship! Mitsubishi UK has got the work done by Donnelly Brothers who have been brilliant and Had To pick up the pieces from S E R E/ body tech They have a very professional body shop who took less than two seconds to give me the paint code from under the Bonnet and work is excellent So do yourself a favour if your looking to buy a Mitsubishi or any paint work or service work go to Donnelly Brothers Mallusk or Dungannon and not SERE as their after sales and service is the worst I have seen and has not changed over the years And this is to be expected if the attitude from the management Is this bad The managing director‘s secretary was nice in the beginning until there was a problem She didn’t want to deal with at least with donelly if you want to speak to one of the Directors they are more than willing to Interact with their customers and have nothing to hide
