ahtsham bashir1 StarOlder slim lady is the rudest one ever I had. Literally I don’t understand why would you be rude to a customer who wants nothing but a service part with his debt card in hand????? If she’s my employee, I would pay her damages for unfair dismissal and show her door straight way. Would never visit SES again just cos of her.Tuesday 18th January 2022
Jay Gam1 StarThe older lady with the strawberry blonde hair who works in the office has about as much customers service skills as a pigeon. This is the third time now she’s been rude for no apparent reason when I’ve visited the store. Honestly it makes your company look awful. I’d probably suggest she takes an early retirement or takes up a job she’s actually good at!Friday 7th May 2021

Worse part happened when she couldn't find the part with the reference number and she just kicked me out because there are two minutes left to close store.
