Dane2 StarI ordered a door with this company on the 2nd February 2021 with the promise the doors will be made and fitted with 6-7 weeks of signing the sales contract. Following up on the doors I was informed there is a delay due to shortages of doorslabs for composite doors and so there will be minor delay. I followed up regarding the doors on a few occasions due to the length of the delay and there was no progress. However, my friend and neighbour ordered their door after us and had their door fitted within 7 weeks. I received a call today that my door was finally going to be made 10 nearly 11 weeks late and that I wouldn't get installed until the 21st May. When I tried to raise the possibility of compensation for the significant delay they instantly cancelled my order leaving me with nothing to show for my wait and delays to other projects in which has result in other costs. I am very disappointed as the surveyor and the original sales person was very polite and professional.Monday 10th May 2021
