Just had a bad service at the petrol station ever...the sales man really doesn't know how to serve the customer. He also kept uber drivers waiting and was very rude to them..no politeness..I didn't want to argue with this old man because of his age.

Terrible experience of this place on 7 August. Staff need training on how to work the Shell app at the till, which their incompetence then denied me a free Costa coffee I was owed under the app reward scheme...sort of the point of it all really. Whilst I was trying to sort it out with staff on the counter, the delay prompted a person in the queue behind me to stick his unwanted beak in and offer an opinion about delaying the queue for a few pence....err £2.70 in fact. I hadn't realised the Shell app had an ask the audience round. Won't be patronising this garage for a while if ever as it's not the first time a similar thing has happened here due to lack of staff training or competence.

Went in today around 130.i found the guy very rude .I paid by paysafe card .he had a bit of trouble with card asking me to take it out twice.then I took it out too soon.he said it states when to remove card.but with me being a small women and counter so high .I couldn't see card machine. He made me feel uncomfortable by stating there were people waiting..

After a bad experince, I stop using shell petrol station for long period...at least a year. Eventhough I have to drove pass everyday. I thought it should be an improvement after a long while...But I'm very wrong! Revisit again is because I got voucher from my car insurance and it was in the (Shell Go+)apps. This new to me, so I approached the counter to ask for help. I ask him whether shall I scan at the counter or at the pump. And whether shall I scan it before of after filling. He than raised his voice and rudely ask me to wait and stop talking to him. There are no other customers in the store at that time. Only him and two other staffs behind the counter chatting. This is very disgusting service and I wonder why it has been so long and is still the same! Sorry no more Shell petrol for me and my company ever again.
